3 HOUR COVERAGE FOR $1500

This is the perfect choice if you would like to capture some of the preparations and your ceremony in full..

5 HOUR COVERAGE FOR $2100

The 5 hour time frame can be used from preparations onwards, or from the ceremony onwards.

7 HOUR SPLIT-TIME FOR $2900

This package will have your videographer on-site for 7 hours over two periods of the day.  We are the only company to offer an affordable split time package.

10 HOUR COVERAGE FOR $3200

If you want a bit of everything as part of your coverage, the 10 hour package would be best suited for you. From preparations, right through the key elements of your reception – this is our most popular package.

12 HOUR COVERAGE FOR $3600

Frequently asked questions

Can you guarantee drone footage?

Whilst we carry a drone with us to every job – it’s important to note that weather, safety and flight conditions must be taken into consideration.We will conduct all safety checks as per the Civil Aviation Safety Authority requirements and will only take to the skies if it is safe to do so.

How do you deliver your videos?

Turbo 360 have moved to online digital deliveries of all client videos.Using the MediaZilla streaming service, you can stream your wedding video to any device – including use of the MediaZilla Apple TV app (Netflix style streaming).  You can also download your videos directly from the MediaZilla service which will allow you to keep a copy safe on your own systems and make copies for your family and friends.

What is the turnaround time?

Our video production turnaround time is between 6-8 weeks. Occasionally, we can deliver your video faster than this – but does depend on peak and off-peak times of year.

How much is the booking retainer?

The retainer required upon booking is 20% of your chosen package.  Once your retainer payment has been received – we lock in the booking and the final payment is due prior to the wedding date (or we can setup a direct debit agreement if you would like to pay with instalments).

What if we need to cancel or postpone?

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The booking retainer of 20% is non-refundable.

POSTPONEMENT:
In the case you need to re-schedule your wedding day – we will attempt to reschedule to the new date at no additional charge, provided that no other exclusive contracts have been entered into for the revised date.

Can we choose our own music?

Absolutely! – we are fully licensed with APRA / AMCOS for you to choose your own music.  The conditions of this licence:  Your videos are not to be shared on social media and are for personal use only (you can share the password protected viewing link – but it cannot be publicly viewable due to music copyright restrictions).

Do you charge for travel?

Our packages INCLUDE travel to all locations within Australia!  What?? – Seriously!

We blend into your wedding day and capture moments without being centre of attention.  As a highly trained and experienced video producer – James will capture your wedding proceedings with multiple camera angles throughout the day, whilst remaining non-obtrusive to capture those candid moments.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

In partnership with MediaZilla, we will present your wedding videos with online interactive menus.You can stream to any device (including the MediaZilla Apple TV app), share with family and friends at the click of a button – and you can also easily export projects to DVD, Blu-ray and USB offline formats.

TURBO 360 COMPANY HISTORY

The company was born in 1999 as the CE Network, a hobby for Managing Director James Anderson. CE Network was responsible for the development and delivery of lakeeildon.com, the number one tourism network for Lake Eildon and the surrounding areas. Soon after commencement, CE Network began providing website design and hosting services for a slew of local businesses.

James Anderson then broke into the commercial radio industry, working for Sun FM at Mt. Buller for two seasons before moving to capital city radio as an announcer for Triple M Melbourne and Sydney, as well the host of the nationally syndicated radio show Planet Rock. While at Triple M, James earned the stage name “Turbo”, and hosted such events as the Coca-Cola Live and Local Tour (Sydney Superdome) and the M-One Music Concert (Melbourne’s Etihad Stadium).

After reaching the number one ranking in the ratings in 2006, James opted to leave radio and explore his other love of video production. He took a job in the United States as the Video Production Manager at the International Olympic Gymnastics Training Centre.

Upon returning to Melbourne in 2008, James changed the name of CE Network to Turbo 360, and added video production to the list of services that were provided, revitalising the business and taking the Melbourne video production market by storm.

Turbo 360 is now the number one provider for wedding videos in Melbourne and the South Pacific region, and also provides a wide range of production services for private, corporate and entertainment purposes.
